The Role of Art in Inspiring Hope and Compassion
The Conference
It is with great joy that we welcome you to the Persian Arts and Letters Conference, December 2026, dedicated to celebrating the power of the arts to inspire hope and compassion.
This conference seeks to inspire us through talks, workshops, and the sharing of creative and hopeful approaches to service, encouraging us to contribute to the development of vibrant, joyful, and compassionate communities.
The purpose of this conference is threefold:
- To appreciate and celebrate the arts, while honouring and encouraging the artists who enrich our communities through their creativity and vision.
- To be inspired by the power of art to create hope, and to deepen our understanding of how the arts can awaken, strengthen, and nurture hope within ourselves and in others.
- To transform inspiration into service, exploring how the hope kindled through the conference can reach beyond the gathering, resonate within our communities, and inspire meaningful action in service to humanity.
